Shipping & Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods.

If your item is faulty or damaged in transit, we will pay for the return cost, but proof of damage will need to be obtained by us.

If your item is the wrong size or you do not require it anymore, you as the buyer must cover the cost of return.

All items must be returned within 14 days. A refund for the item will be issued but this will not include the cost of the buyer’s postage fee.

In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

If an item does not meet this standard, it will be denied a refund.

Please notice that a refund will also not be accepted if an item is returned and it is detrimental to an employee’s health and safety.
